Today I am sharing Aimée-Louise’s dreams Co-founder of @keepappy, The gym for your mental health.
This App will empower you to take control of your mental health. You can download the app and use many of its features, and begin mood-tracking, journaling, setting mindfulness goals and writing a gratitude diary, amongst other things.
Also, take care of yourself by caring for your Keepie. Do you remember Tamogotchi? They brought them into the 21st century by digitising your wellbeing with an adorable digital pet known as a Keepie. (swipe to see)
Aimée-Louise also shares how this dream will impact the world or a person. She said that currently, 1 million people will die by suicide each year, 19 million will make an attempt each year and two in three of the 25% of the population suffering from a mental illness will struggle alone without ever asking for help. By achieving this dream, we can positively impact countless people.

Q: What is your dream?
A: To live in a world without a mental health stigma, where happiness is valued by everybody and conversations can happen freely for all.
Q: Why is this dream important to you?
A: Due to my personal journey with mental illness and suicide, I am dedicated to preventing anyone else from walking up onto a bridge like I did.
Q: How will your dream impact the world or a person?
A: Currently, 1 million people will die by suicide each year, 19 million will make an attempt each year and two in three of the 25% of the population suffering from a mental illness will struggle alone without ever asking for help. By achieving this dream, we can positively impact countless people.
Q: What advice can you give other people that are gathering the courage to follow their dreams?
A: Talk about your idea to everyone you know and keep talking about it. Ask for introductions, attend events and find the people online who are passionate about the same dream. With all of that, you will find yourself starting down the most incredible journey before you even know it.
Q: How can other people support you in making a difference with your dream?
A: Most importantly, we want people to understand that we all have mental health and that control of your wellbeing is possible. Whether you use the app or not, we want people to feel empowered to take control of their mental health! Next, we would love for everyone to join our movement by following us on social media – you can find us at @keepappy.
